The units are well furnished with a rearview and plenty of wardrobe space. the staff is friendly and accommodating. - the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the Old Town, restaurants, and a popular shopping mall.

Hotel is situated veru close downtown. Large and clean rooms.

Problems with parking, poor breakfast, the hotel restaurant is closed very soon afternoon.

That was beautiful and lovely hotel set in nice area, adjacent to the new shopping center and Aupark. They gave us big suite with "the best view ".

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the bus station and shopping center, making it easy to explore the city. the spacious and comfortable room provided a cozy stay, and the desk was perfect for planning our cycling routes. Plus, having a fridge in the suite was a game-changer for storing our insulin. the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early, giving us a much-needed rest before our own room was ready. the breakfast spread had a good selection of fresh and delicious food, providing us with a great start to our bike rides.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, enhancing our overall experience at Hotel Gloria Palac.

Perfect location close to the downtown, reasonable price, cleanliness, friendly staff and tasty breakfast makes this hotel worth to put there up. Well, view from apartment's window was .... hmm..(next building wall), but ,nevertheless, no one could watch us :-)

The bed was lovely, great night sleep. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. - the staff was efficient and helpful - I would like to stay here on the next trip.

close to the hotel they are building a new shopping center so there was a little bit of noice on the morning and not very nice view from the window.

We stayed in a suite which cost the same as a normal twin room. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Convenient location near transportation and shopping. Spacious rooms with unique details like flower-shaped lamps. Helpful and friendly staff who assisted with room changes and taxi reservations. Clean accommodations with a delicious breakfast.

Second stay this year. First time alone, this time with my wife Equally impressed both times. Location great, big room, very friendly staff. Provided packed breakfast without us asking once they heard we were leaving on 5.35am train.

The bar is a pleasant place but a pity that it is a smoking area.
